Annual Financial Report & Notice of AGM

Following the Company's announcement of Final Results issued on 28 April 2020, Integrated Diagnostics Holdings plc (the 'Company') has today posted its Annual Accounts for the year to 31st December 2019 and Annual General Meeting Circular to shareholders. 

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R(3) the Annual Accounts will shortly be available on the Company's website (www.idhcorp.com).  Furthermore, in accordance with Listing Rule 14.3.6, each above mentioned document will shortly be loaded onto the National Storage Mechanism, which can be viewed at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.

The Company will be holding its Annual General Meeting on 23 June 2020 at 10 am local time (EET) at the Headquarters of Integrated Diagnostics Holdings, Building B216-F7, Smart Village, Giza, Egypt.

COVID-19

As at the date of this announcement, the Government of various countries have prohibited public gatherings over a certain number of people and non-essential travel. As a result, the Board may decide to run the AGM as a closed meeting with shareholders unable to attend in person. Should that decision be taken, the Company will notify the shareholders via a regulatory information service at the earliest opportunity and where possible afford shareholders the opportunity to direct questions to the Board, either in advance of or at the meeting.
