Following the Company's announcement of Final Results issued on 21 March 2019, Integrated Diagnostics Holdings plc (the 'Company') has today posted its Annual Accounts for the year to 31^st December 2018 and Annual General Meeting Circular to shareholders.

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 6.3.5R(3) the Annual Accounts will shortly be available on the Company's website (www.idhcorp.com). Furthermore, in accordance with Listing Rule 14.3.6, each above mentioned document will shortly be loaded onto the National Storage Mechanism, which can be viewed at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The Company will be holding its Annual General Meeting on 14 May 2019 at 11am local time (EET) at the Headquarters of Integrated Diagnostics Holdings, Building B216-F7, Smart Village, Giza, Egypt.
